Our family loves white chicken chili so I wanted to make sure to include this recipe on my blog. Recipe is up on my youtube channel as well.

Ingredients:
(I doubled the recipe) You can freeze half or share
Chicken Bone broth and broth (3-4 cartons)
2 cup of green Chilis
2 cup of chopped onion
6 chicken breasts or you can add in some chicken thighs too
2-3 cans of great northern beans
2 heaping tablespoons of homemade chili seasoning
(homemade chili seasoning- 3 tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp paprika)
optional- 2 cups of corn
Garnish
-Cilantro, chopped
-1 tsp heavy cream (I like to leave the heavy cream on the side so that way the recipe stays dairy and gluten free) if you want a richer soup then you can top your portion with 1 tsp of heavy cream
On the side
You can serve this recipe with corn bread, green beans, or a salad for freshness
Directions:
1) You can either pre-shred your chicken in the crock pot, use rotisserie chicken, or dice your chicken like I did in the video.
2) Sautee chicken, onion, and seasonings in olive in your pot.
3) Next add in green chilis, broth, and beans.
4) Simmer on low for an hour then add in the corn.
5) Check on your chili, you can keep simmering it or if it's cooked all the way through
you can serve. Or you can cook this in the crockpot and leave it.
6)Lastly, garnish with a little bit of heavy cream and cilantro. Serve warm.
