My China Cabinet Makeover

Two Years ago I decided to do a project and give my china hutch a makeover. I decided on this color "Shiplap" from lowes by Magnolia Home-Joanna Gaines. I used both the paint and spray paint. I took the doors, glass, and drawers off of the china cabinet. I hand painted the outside except the drawers. I decided to leave the inside alone as I like the wood color on the inside. I then used spray paint to do the drawers. The project took about 2-3 buckets of paint I believe, paint tape, and then about 10 cans of spray paint. Some drawers required two coats. I also replaced the hardware on the cabinet as well. Lastly I also changed how I decorate the cabinet also.

Supplies:

-Frog tape

-Screwdrivers

-hardware for drawers

-Paint covers for floors

-brushes and rollers for paint

-Paint and Spray Paint if needed (you can hand paint the whole thing depending on your cabinet)

Time:

This project took about 2 weeks to finish. It depends on if you have to get more supplies, how long it takes the hardware to ship, and also how long it takes to reassemble the hutch.
